We strive to find the right program, instructor, location, and schedule for our customers. Our purchase policy is as follows:

• Once all options have been attempted, refunds or partial refunds will be granted.
• Any lessons purchased from SVGPC never expire.
• Purchased lessons can be converted to other preferred lesson types upon request.
• Refund requests must be made within 12 months from the purchase date.
• Non-refundable transaction fees incurred by SVGPC will be deducted from any refunds issued to the Buyer.
